Rezo.ai bags investment to support development of AI-powered solutions

Indian AI startup- Rezo.ai has reportedly secured an undisclosed sum of funding in a seed round led by Dexter Angel Network, Veda, Modulor Capital, and leading angels like Devesh Sachdev -the Founder of Fusion Microfinance, and Bhavesh Manglani- the Co-founder of Delhivery. In a statement, the startup said that it plans to use the raised capital for product development and for entering into newer markets.

Dr. Rashi Gupta, Co-founder and Chief Data Scientist at Rezo.ai, stated that the company aims at expanding its business along with empowering companies with advanced AI-driven solutions to enhance employee and customer experiences. She mentioned that the investment will be used to expand into new markets and grow teams across the Middle East and the U.S.

For the record, Rezo.ai is an AI-based contact center that transforms enterprises with its turnkey services for better economics.

Bhavish Sood, Partner at Modulor Capital and the new board member at Rezo.ai, claims that the company noticed the Rezo.ai team’s ability to develop and scale a leading conversational AI solution that will help in reducing the cost of customer service function.  

Rezo.ai automates customer’s conversation across several touchpoints like- WhatsApp, chats, email, voice, and social media. It also trains agents and improves the customer experience through RPA.  

Notably, the company’s vast clientele includes some leading names like ShipRocket, Dr. Lal Path Labs, Delhivery, Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, and Care Health Insurance, among many.

Rezo.ai was established in the year 2017 by IIT alumnus- Manish Gupta- Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, and Rashi Gupta- Co-Founder and Chief Data Scientist.

According to Tushar Agrawal- Partner at Dexter Angels, Rezo.ai is working at the forefront of voice-enabled technology and empowering companies through customer service automation. Additionally, it has developed solutions across various communication channels and has also built a wide vernacular solution that supports 11 different languages in voice and many languages in text.
