This Tuesday February 2, the CGT Flunch transmitted the list of restaurants submitted by AFP that management wanted to sell under its protection proceedings, which was recorded by the Commercial Court in Lille on Friday January 29.

Of the 57 brands concerned in France, three are in the Rhône, in Givors, Saint-Genis-Laval and Vénissieux.

6 to 8 months to find solutions

Management stated that it did not want to share the list 'in order not to pledge the redemption opportunities'. It takes Flunch between six and eight months to find recovery solutions on a case-by-case basis.

1,244 jobs threatened

These 57 restaurants at risk could land 1,244 employees on the floor.

In a statement, the intersyndical Flunch denounces a situation that 'causes anger among employees who have invested themselves for many years and in which we have always asked so much and more under the pretext of saving their jobs. […] and who are in deep disorder today ”.
