During this curfew, the road services use the low traffic on the roads to carry out maintenance work on the expressways. Hence fewer people, but those who have to travel on the nights of February 1st to 4th need to be extra careful and patient. Several sectors of the M6, M7, A7, A46, A47 or A450 are affected.

The closed tunnel under Fourvière

The journey between Lyon and Écully will be severely affected due to the closure of axes M6 and M7 between the Valvert node and the exit of central Lyon. As a direct consequence, the tunnel under Fourvière will not be accessible in north-south direction on Monday, February 1st, from 9 p.m. to 5 p.m. Rebelote the next day, this time in the opposite direction.

Big problem to get to Saint-Étienne

Trouble is expected to come to Saint-Étienne. Various sectors will be closed to traffic on Monday, February 1st and Tuesday, February 2nd from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The A46 and A7 access roads to the A47 towards Saint-Étienne are not accessible.

Please note that the A47 is closed on Tuesday, February 2nd, from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. between the Ternay junction and the exit of the Givors Center (No. 9.1).

The connection to the A7 was interrupted

Note for drivers who want to take the ring road: Several entry or exit lanes are not accessible.

On the Laurent-Bonnevay ring road at the Saint-Fons junction, the connection to the A7 in the direction of Marseille will be closed on Monday 1st February from 11pm to 2am. The connection from the A7 to the D301 (Boulevard Urbain Sud) in the direction of Vénissieux at the level of the Feyzin junction will also be closed on Thursday, February 4th, from 9:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. At the Essarts junction in Bron, it will be impossible to take the ramp between the A43 and the ring road towards Vénissieux from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on February 1st.

The A450 is affected

Be careful on the A450 for the rest of the week. It will be impossible to drive in both directions between the Brignais-Zentrum (No. 7) and Sept-Chemins (D342) exits on Wednesday 3rd and Thursday 4th February from 9pm to 5pm.
