Bruno Cormerais, baker Meilleur Ouvrier de France and head chef Norbert Tarayre disembarked on August 20th in Saint-Chamond to try a random product in the window. Then they asked SÃ©bastien RÃ©ocreux and his apprentice to prepare a bread in two hours that would correspond to a dish they had chosen.
Ten bakeries represent the Auvergne-RhÃ´ne-Alpes region, only one qualifies for the national final. La Maison RÃ©ocreux had to face the Lyoner from Maison Champeaud. Who won? The answer will soon be on your screens!
