The retirement hour has come for Marc Chartier. For seventeen years he developed a shop for making and selling artisanal sausages in the Roannais markets, known under the trade name Bichon.
His son David took over at the beginning of the year. David Chartier explains: â€œI was a metal operator in a company and wanted independence. This change in professional orientation was also motivated by the abundance of exchanges on the markets. ''
After training his father, David Chartier sells his sausages in the Roanne and Coteau markets: â€œI want to continue the business concept supported by my father based on proximity and artisanal production. I also took back his hat, which the customers are familiar with, â€he concludes with humor.
Where to find it: Tuesday, Friday, Place du MarchÃ© and Saturday, Place Victor-Hugo in Roanne; Wednesday at the Coteau market.
