Loire. A commercial project to revitalize the Riorges Center

As part of a new private retail project in the Center district, the city council confirmed the relocation of the inner courtyard and a commercial unit under the hexagons of Place Centrale.

The expansion of the Leduc pharmacy and the creation of an optical store are planned for the short term. 'A great project that will revitalize the Riorges Center and perhaps bring other companies with it later,' said Mayor Jean-Luc Chervin. The transfer of these rooms had already been discussed at an earlier community meeting last July.

The two plots with an area of 65 m² each belong to the city and are being sold to Akakus and SCI JT. The sales price is 80,000 euros: France Domaine valued the courtyard at 10,000 euros and the business premises at 70,000 euros.
