The idea was born during imprisonment and a few months ago an association for the preservation of rural agriculture was founded. Le Panier de Saint-Bonnet offers weekly vegetables, eggs, wine, fresh goat cheese, fourme, frozen hamburger steaks, fruit, etc.
Five producers are partners who are not necessarily organic: Guillaume Seigne de Lézigneux, Alexis Masson de Roche, SARL Apom Chambe in Fleurieux-sur-lArbresle, GAEC Vallée des vents and EARL de la Petite ferme in Saint -Deckel.
The Couleur Café grocery store is also a partner. The baskets cost 10, 15 or 20 €, eggs are available for 6 for 1.70 €. If the weather is too bad, meetings take place at the Place du Plâtre or in the old Le Bellevue restaurant. Currently, around twenty baskets are distributed every Wednesday at 6.30 p.m. At the time change it is 7 p.m.
